• For a private account: email address, first name, last name, driver’s license number (for verification purposes).
• For a company account: email address, company NIP, first name, last name, driver’s license number (for verification purposes).

Purpose of data processing

Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:

• Proper functioning of the 'Sprawdź Prawko' app.
• Verifying driver entitlements using the license number.
• Registering a private or company account in the app.
• Communicating with users regarding the operation of the app.

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (i.e. providing services within the app).
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller in ensuring the security and proper operation of the app.

Your personal data is stored on secure AWS servers. If the account is deleted, all data will be permanently and immediately removed.

Displaying data from the Central Driver Register (CEK)

The data displayed in the 'Sprawdź Prawko' app comes from the Central Driver Register (CEK). If the data is incorrect or unavailable, please report discrepancies at: https://www.gov.pl/web/gov/report-discrepancy-in-driving-license-data. N3W Group sp. z o.o. is not responsible for:

• errors resulting from CEK system malfunctions,
• decisions made by users based on app information,
• any damage resulting from the use of the app.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data and receive a copy.
• Rectify your data.
• Delete your data ('right to be forgotten').
• Restrict data processing.
• Transfer your data to another entity.
• Object to the processing of your data.
